Motion
Fast Shutter Speed
Approximately what shutter speed did you use to freeze action?
I used a fast shutter speed to freeze the action or object in place
What ISO and WB settings did you use?
I used an ISO of 3200 and a Incandescent light that I used to take a picture with.
What action did you freeze?
The ping pong balls mid air stopped at a triangle like shape.
(Describe). What was your distance, and point of view for the photo
I was decently close but zoomed in more to focus mostly on the ping pong balls and the reaction.
Describe any compositional elements (tools) that are present in or that strenghthen the photo.(rule of thirds, positive and negative space, line, shape, pattern, texture, strong colors, contrast...)
The contrast of the ping pong balls which are white and the black background.
Slow Shutter Speed
Approximately what shutter speed did you use to purposely blur action?
I used a slow shutter speed and wanted the legs of the composition to blur.
What ISO and WB settings did you use?
The ISO was 320 and used the sunlight for a light.
What motion, or part of the image shows blur?
The part of the picture that had blur was the legs when they were jumping up.
(Describe). What was your distance, and point of view for the photo?
The distance was far but zoomed in on the subjects.
Describe any compositional elements (tools) that are present in or that strenghthen the photo.(rule of thirds, positive and negative space, line, shape, pattern, texture, strong colors, contrast...)
The photo has a little bit of contrast and also has a bit of the rule of thirds in the composition.

Painting with Light
Describe one of your photos from painting with light.
One of the photos I chose was the Wolf with light scribbles in the back. It looks like a Werewolf that is in front of the moon. It also pops out the wolf face more which makes the picture look better.
What shutter speed did you have the camera on?
I used a slow shutter speed for all the painting with light photos, especially the wolf one.
What light source did you use to create the painting?
We used a bright flashlight for the white lights, and a little wand light stick for the red and blue lights.
How did you achieve the image/effect?
I used a slow shutter speed so it can capture the light and what we drew, then I used photoshop to bring out the light effects.
What impact does the photo have? How would the viewer feel looking at your photo?
The impact the photo has is that it pops out out with the light. They would feel frightened by seeing a wolf.

Aperture
Color Correction
What f-stop did you have your camera set to create a shallow depth of field?
The f stop I used to create a shallow depth of field was f/5.6 because it focuses on a bigger range.
What ISO and WB settings did you use?
ISO:800
WB:fluorescent
What f-stop did you have your camera set to create a large depth of field?
The f/stop I had for large depth of field was f/22.
What ISO and WB settings did you use?
The ISO I used was flourescent and WB was around 1000.
Which photo is better?Why?
The photo I find to be the best was the back in focus picture with the bulls and books because it looks cool with the focus in the background instead of the front.
Why would you want to use a shallow depth of field?
You would want to use for shallow depth of field f/5.6 because it focuses on a certain part.
When/in what situation would a large depth of field be better?
Large depth of field would be better if you're taking a photo of like a landscape.
